God Bless not Damn America

Posted by The Daily Psychic on August 15, 2009

I’m hearing from very young people about how deeply concerned they have become by what has developed recently, i.e., America’s haters. I offer the following consideration: let “peace” prayers come from your lips to God’s ears, making those prayers not yours alone or mine alone but “ours.” People of all races and cultures must not fight each other, kill or rape each other or steal someone’s goods! Let’s all stop the corrupted and preachers who use buzz words from the pulpit to spew out hatred. Let’s enjoy a better life while we still have a life to enjoy. God Bless-not damn-America! We can all do this! A young boy asked, “how can anyone living in America, who makes their living in America, is educated and who worships in America, speak such God-awful words about America? And, how come a man who once wanted to bomb many places in America be allowed to teach at a Chicago University or college. I am 17, waiting to join the armed forces, and I would love to be able to legally seek out America’s haters and help get them transported to other countries. Sadly, there are many people living in America who want to see us destroyed from sea to sea, but who also want it to be turned into another socialist [communist] country. Our forefathers would never have put up with such behavior, and such people would be in stocks with their hands and feet secured so that they could never infect good people with their hateful ways and words, and real Americans would have scorned them or run them out of this country. I study American history. Our country is not, anymore, what the framer’s had in mind when they wrote the Constitution and The Bill of Rights. God Bless America and those people who, like you, write, ARE America! I listen to the Pundits only to become disgusted with them loudly talking over one another, championing or agreeing, at least in part, with America’s haters. Seems that Pundits have lost or didn’t have parental training not to interrupt or talk over others. What kind of examples are they to the very young? “Respect” is another forgotten word.
