Conrad Murray M.D. is not culpable. He had no intention of causing any harm to or for Michael Jackson, but he did attempt to pacify him. Michael had a hidden or undiagnosed arrhythmia, and perhaps the demoral purportedly given hours earlier to Michael caused this mechanism or failure in his system to cause the death.
